ABOUT OUR HOME
We, at Prescott Country View Home, have always had an excellent reputation for providing quality resident care, in a home-like environment.
Living in the country, we enjoy the seasons, visible through our large windows. Our home offers views of the trees, grass, flowers, wildlife,
plus the opportunity to watch farmers plant and harvest their crops.
We welcome family members and loved ones who visit our Home. We are known throughout the area for our country warmth and hospitality.
OUR STAFF - MEETING
NEEDS
We take pride in our
Staff and it's dedicated, compassionate, caring service. Nurses
and other Staff are here to ensure excellent care, with respect for the
dignity and privacy of every Resident. Registered Nurses, LPN's,
CMA's, CNA's, are on duty 24 hours a day. The Nursing Staff offers
special services and daily one-on-one treatments as needed.
Ambulance services are also available when necessary.
A "Care
Plan" is developed for each Resident by a multi-disciplinary Staff
Team, made up of our department heads. This Staff Team meets
weekly to update the plans and meets quarterly with the Resident's
family members, to review and/or modify the Care Plans.
Beyond the physical
and medical needs of our Residents, our Staff members are sensitive to
Residents' individual preferences, and strive to create a stimulating,
fulfilling, supportive environment for each person.
